秘製水梨辛辣冷麵 ($58) Spicy Cold Noodles (HKD58)
Korean icy cold noodles are one of my summer favourite. Squeeze some cucumber brine into the broth and topped with slices of pear which is really refreshing.
I can feel my body cools right down after I slurped the cold noodles. The cold broth was tangy, savory, and a little sour and sweet. The noodles were soft while chewy at the same time.
